Guests staying at Mariposa Meadows acknowledge that the property is located in a remote mountain environment and includes natural terrain, uneven walking surfaces, wildlife, changing weather conditions, and off-grid or semi-rural elements that may present inherent risks.

By booking and staying at the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the property and surrounding land, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, wildlife encounters, weather-related conditions, outdoor recreational activities, and use of any amenities provided on-site.

Guests agree that Mariposa Meadows, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, illness, or expense arising from use of the property or participation in activities on or around the premises, except where prohibited by law.

Guests are responsible for supervising themselves and members of their party at all times and for exercising reasonable caution while on the property.

By completing a reservation and accessing the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and assumption of risk.
