With an emphasis on privacy, it features two bedrooms and two baths, completely equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and great room with stunning views. A covered portal embraces the light and sounds of the rushing river and a quiet covered porch, privately accessed from the guest bedroom, provides a relaxing connection to the surrounding forest.
Transcend is a leisurely walk or easy drive from all of the services and attractions in Lake City, including shopping and dining options, an historic district and museum.

The primary suite features a comfortable king bed, generous storage and an exquisite bath with soaking tub, large walk-in rain shower and dual lavatories. The second bedroom features a queen bed, built-in closets, private covered porch and access to a bath with a roomy shower. Onsite clothes washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
We recommend duffels or soft luggage, layered clothing options, sturdy outdoor/hiking footwear, your favorite comfy slippers (guest slippers provided upon request) and sunscreen for high elevation.
Transcend is a totally smoke-free property and does not accommodate off-road vehicles or trailers. We do not accept children under 18 years of age or pets. Our goal is to provide unmatched privacy, beauty and serenity to our guests with immediate proximity to Lake City.

The entire facility is available at a rate of $850 per night for up to four guests, plus a cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Concierge service is available on a case-by-case, prepaid basis. We can pick up your order and stock the kitchen in advance of your arrival.
